In-game help, reports and appeals
Join our Discord and open a support ticket. That is the fastest route for help in game, reporting a player or a bug, and disagreeing with a staff decision.
For anything else, email supportminingmavensmp@gmail.com. Please include your Minecraft username (Java name, or your Bedrock gamertag) so we can find your account.
Store and payments
Purchases are processed by Tebex and delivered to your account automatically. Deliveries can take a few minutes. If something you bought still hasn’t arrived after that, email us or open a Discord ticket with your Tebex transaction ID (it is in your receipt email).
Privacy requests
To ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, email supportminingmavensmp@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
