Information we collect

• Discord account — if you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord username, user ID, and avatar to identify you on the site.
• Gameplay data — when you play on the server, we process your Minecraft username/UUID and in-game activity needed to run the server, events, and economy.
• Purchases — our store is operated through Tebex. Tebex processes your payment and has its own privacy policy and terms. We never see or store your full card details; we receive order confirmations so we can deliver your purchase in-game.
• Basic analytics — we record simple first-party usage of the website. We do not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your information

To run the server and website, identify you across the site and game, deliver purchases, operate events and the economy, provide support, and keep the community safe.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with Discord (sign-in) and Tebex (store & payments). Server-list and voting sites you choose to visit are operated by those third parties under their own policies.

Cookies & local storage

We use first-party cookies and browser local storage that are essential to the site (such as keeping you signed in). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or Google Analytics.

Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active or as needed to run the server. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us, subject to any records we must keep to prevent fraud or abuse.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — email supportbfcbrilliance@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA.

Children

If you are under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), please use the server only with a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
