Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Microsoft account — if you sign in with Microsoft, we receive your Xbox user ID and gamertag and, if you own Minecraft: Java Edition, your Minecraft profile ID and username, to identify you as a player on the site. We do not receive your email address or password, and nothing is stored beyond your signed-in session unless you open a support ticket (below).
• Gameplay data — when you play on the server, we process your Minecraft username/UUID and in-game activity needed to run the server, events, and economy.
• Purchases — our store is operated through Tebex. Tebex processes your payment and has its own privacy policy and terms. We never see or store your full card details; we receive order confirmations so we can deliver your purchase in-game.
• Support tickets — if you open a ticket on our Support page, we store your in-game name and account ID, what you write, any screenshots you attach, and an email address if you give one. Staff use this only to answer you. If your Discord account is linked to your Minecraft account, we send you a short Discord message when we reply. A ticket, its screenshots and the email address are deleted for good 7 days after the ticket is closed.
• Newsletter — if you sign up for our weekly guides email, we store your email address in our own mailing-list system, hosted on our own server (not a third-party email service). You confirm your sign-up from a link we email you, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops the emails, and you can ask us to delete your address completely.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and general device, browser and approximate location (country or city) information. It does not identify you by name, and we do not send Google your Microsoft account, Minecraft username or email address. See “Analytics” below for your choices.

How we use your information

To run the server and website, identify you across the site and game, deliver purchases, operate events and the economy, send the newsletter to people who sign up for it, provide support, and keep the community safe.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with Microsoft / Xbox (sign-in), Discord (support reply notices, only if you linked your account), Tebex (store & payments) and Google (advertising and analytics — see below). Server-list and voting sites you choose to visit are operated by those third parties under their own policies.

Cookies & local storage

We use first-party cookies and browser local storage that are essential to the site (such as keeping you signed in and remembering your store cart). Google, our advertising partner, also sets cookies to show and measure ads and to measure how the site is used (Google Analytics) — see “Advertising” and “Analytics” below.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect this information, which Google processes under its own policies — see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can stop Google Analytics from collecting your data on any website with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies are only used after you give consent in the message shown on your first visit.

Advertising

This website shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and to other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show you ads based on those visits.

You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are asked for your consent before cookies are used for personalised ads, and you can change that choice at any time.

Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active or as needed to run the server. Support tickets are deleted 7 days after they close. You can request deletion of your data at any time by opening a ticket on our Support page, subject to any records we must keep to prevent fraud or abuse.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through our Support page. If you don’t have a Minecraft account (for example, a parent), use the “No Minecraft account?” form there and we’ll answer by email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA.

Children

If you are under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), please use the server only with a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post any changes here with a revised effective date.
