MiningMaven SMP is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. You also need to follow Minecraft’s own End User License Agreement when you play here.

Age

If you are under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), please play only with a parent or guardian’s permission. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to make a purchase.

Server rules

• Be respectful to other players and staff.
• No hacked clients, X-ray, duplication glitches or other exploits.
• No griefing or stealing.
• No spam or advertising. Use English in the main chat.
• No real-money trading — do not buy, sell or trade in-game items, currency or accounts for real money or for anything outside the server.
• Follow staff instructions. If you disagree with a decision, open a ticket in our Discord.

Staff may warn, mute, kick or ban players who break these rules, and may remove items or currency gained by breaking them. You can appeal through a Discord ticket.

Purchases and Tokens

• Our store is run by Tebex, which processes every payment under its own terms and privacy policy. Purchases are delivered to the Minecraft account you are signed in with.
• Tokens are an in-game currency. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and can only be used on MiningMaven.
• Everything the store sells can also be earned by playing.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, the Tokens from it are removed from your account, and we may block further purchases.

Your account and in-game items

Your in-game items, money, ranks and progress are part of the game and are not your property. We may change, rebalance or reset parts of the game — for example at the start of a new season — and we will announce resets in advance on our Discord.

The website

You can sign in with your Microsoft account to link the site to your Minecraft player. Do not try to break, overload or misuse the website or the server, or access anything that is not meant for you.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep MiningMaven running, but it is provided “as is”. The server or website may be down for maintenance, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, MiningMaven SMP is not liable for lost progress, lost items, or any indirect loss from using the server or the website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post any changes here with a new effective date. If you keep playing or using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
