How to Vote for a Minecraft Server (and Get Rewards)
Voting for a Minecraft server helps it grow and usually earns you free in-game rewards. Here is how server voting works and how to do it.
Most Minecraft servers are listed on server-list sites where players can "vote" for them once a day. Voting helps the server rank higher (so more players find it), and in return the server usually gives you free in-game rewards — crate keys, currency, or items.
How voting works
- Go to the server's Vote page, which links out to the server-list sites.
- Click a vote link and enter your exact in-game username.
- Complete the quick verification on that site.
- The reward is delivered to you in-game, usually within a minute.
- You can vote again every 24 hours on each site.
Why bother voting
- Free daily rewards just for clicking a few links.
- It directly helps the server you like get discovered by new players.
- Many servers run vote parties — when the server hits a vote milestone, everyone online gets a bonus.
On MiningMaven SMP you get a Vote Crate Key for every vote, a Vote Party reward every 250 votes, and weekly prizes for the top voter. Vote daily on all the sites from the Vote page.
